DasSmurf
Please excuse my craptastic iPhone pics... I've rarely The B7 S4 belongs to one of our regular customers at the shop. This car used to be regularly flogged around the track at ACNA events, it still is on occasion as he's an instructor. The rims were black with brake dust that was just about jet hot coated on them. The Jetta is his wife's car after 6 1/2 hours. I wish I had taken "before" shots! It was covered in thick globs of dried pine tree sap, bird droppings, swirls and scratches. w0lfy
Great work..... I have been wondering about tree sap. Please share what you used (if Adams product) for the sap
DasSmurf
Hey w0lfy, I didn't use any Adam's on the car (Sorry!). You might be able to use APC to soften the sap? I've never used it though personally. But I can tell you that plastic blades are your friend when it comes to baked on sap like what was on this car. Then clay bar, then clay bar, clay bar, clay bar!
