Let Us Not Forget about our Men & Women Serving Abroad Today...

As we sit down for our thanksgiving dinners, let us remember to give thanks to those who are allowing us to do so at peace. For those of you who may have had an opportunity to serve on a Navy ship, you can't but help to reminisce at the sunset at the end of this clip. I found it very moving as it reminded me of my time aboard the USS Ogden and laying in the nets while watching the sun set on Sunday evenings. It was always such a peaceful experience for me.

Thanks for the post and video AJ. I know I only spent 3 days aboard ship with my daughter but, I developed a new found respect for those that endure the tight quarters and unrelenting schedules for months on end. And yes, the sunsets at sea are truly amazing. :patriot:
