Redvenm Posted June 19, 2011 Share Posted June 19, 2011 Because if he did I wouldn't be stuck in this hotel in Chicago due to terrible communication From Uniteds employees. Long story short, I had a two flight trip home from Norfolk to Denver with a 2 hr layover here in Ohare. First plan was so delayed I missed my connecting flight. I am just pissed and I know that better customer service and communication would have prevented this. Adam would not allowed this to happen, not the way it went down. Ok I am done ranting!
