DP 08 GXP Posted July 2, 2011 Share Posted July 2, 2011 I recently got a grill master super pro model for fathers day...im goin go be getting the side smoker box here for my birthday....I was wondering what kind of recipes you guys have and what stuff you use to cook with like charcoal wood chips etc.....thanks! crowvet Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 I use charcoal all the time. I use the Lump coal or wood style charcoal. I usually cook my steak off to the side and I use some little wood pellets that you put in a foil pouch and put in the center of the grill directly over the hot area. They put off a smoke.
