ExpressThis13
Well new to me. I just got back from the dealership with my new to me 2007 NNBS Crew Cab Silverado 5.3v8 2wd cloth interior sport red metallic. I cannot wait to take the PC to it and really make that metallic pop. Heres a link to the dealership photos so you guys can get a view of it. 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 | Milan IL Eriksen Chevrolet Buick I did not pay that price but I did have to trade my GP in but my payment is only 40 more a month then the GP. Throw your feedback my way and even ideas for wheels or simple appearance mods.
Z71_Denali
looks like it has some potential! that red metallic will definitely shine after you get done with it! the first thing i did to mine was a spray in bedliner. A MUST! those wheels gotta go! save em for winter driving though! i really like the Moto Metals and Fuel Offroad wheels with some all terrain tires. if you put a 2" levelling kit on the front you can fit 33" tires on there! a lot of guys remove the lower front spoiler for better ground clearance. no one has proved/disproved it affects your mileage or engine temps check out gm-trucks.com if your looking for a good down to earth forum to join. Adam's is a sponsor over there!

ExpressThis13
Im not wanting to lower it. Im more leaning towards a leveling kit with factory 20s with some cooper zeon ltz tires or at least get the 18s that come on the z71s with some decent lookin meats. I have the RC leveling kit and BFG A/T 275/70/18. The tires are the biggest you can get without scrubbing.
Mato
Congrats, you will love the truck... First thing I would do is wheels and exhaust. Good to hear you already have the leveling kit, it makes the truck look so much better than stock height. I just sold mine, got a brand new GMC Terrain (work reasons). I was sad to see it go

If your going with an exhaust and intake make sure you also go with a custom tune and wake that baby up
ExpressThis13
Im not gonna mess with a tune this time around. In my SS I had a tune and loved it but for now im just happy to have a v8 truck again.

Justin
See a difference in the mileage at all ? I did notice a little difference. My truck said I was getting 16.5 and now I'm getting about 16.2.

I get about 17.5 right now hate to see it go down. The 275 were cheaper than the 265 on tirerack. Wondered if a tune could change the mileage. Wondered if a tune could change the mileage. I got my tires when everyone started going back to school so it might have to do with more traffic. I'm not to sure. I'm pretty sure a tune could help. I'm looking into getting one soon along with a new intake and redoing my exhaust (again). And yes I do have different wheels in the other pic. They were Pro Comp and they were terrible. They looked great but the were a little to wide and rode bad. 305/65/17.
MichiganSRT8
throw some 20's on there and some window tint to match up front! thats a clean truck, know you cant wait to get your wheel too it! Idk if they would look good on the chevy but i love the factory repro viper rim but i think they're 5's, or go with some TBSS rims, ill forgive you if you do Trailblazer SS - Chrome - Factory Reproductions
