As I finished washing/drying the car yesterday I noticed that I have quite a few spiderweb patterns on the rear bumper. None of them are larger than a nickel but I would say I have about 5 or so seperate ones on the lower area of the bumper. The car is going on 10 years old now and I know you can't keep paint perfect, but what could be the cause of this? I have a suspiction that the bumper was hit at one time and they just repaired the plasic and repainted which is why they are showing up now. I had thought about getting a new bumper but this might seal the deal for that to happen.
