Tim Posted March 30, 2015 Share Posted March 30, 2015 Sorry for resurrecting such an old thread, but my travels have me actually staying in California for a few days and the hotel restaurant has Pliny the Elder. I looked at the beer menu and swear I didn't see any other options, I finally got to try it! I've been waiting about three years to try it and wow, it makes me wish I'd searched a bit harder. One of my favorite local breweries in Vegas right now would be downtown at "Banger Brewery." They are all over the map with a few Hefs, IPAs, stouts and American Pale Ales.
