Odds and Ends
Are you talking painted plastic like the rest of the car (base coat/clear coat) or are you talking black ABS textured plastic? APC is one of the few products that I've found to take old caked on wax residue off ABS and also it will clean up plastic that has developed that chalky hazed over look. I used APC at full strength on all the black plastic trim on this:Mini Cooper S "Sidewalk Edition" | Facebook - Darryl
XQIZT
Darryl is correct and we'd need that clarification. Now that being said, if it is a painted plastic bumper (like on the front and rear of Corvettes, which are urethane), you can polish the paint like you would any other painted/cleared body panel, BUT I would suggest using caution. Don't press so hard that the bumper flexes, as it will cause the paint to eventually crack prematurely. Think of those area's like a Krispy Kreme donut. If you push to hard, the coating (glaze) cracks. Painted rubber areas do have flex agents added to the paint, but its not perfect.
