DP 08 GXP
the last 2 customes of the year are repeats from last year....with my new work schedule for the holidays i wont have time for anymore....first off is the wife's equinox....paint was worse then it was last time so im guessing she didnt take my advice about staying out of car washes that arent touchless...her interior was terrible....had stains all over the place....on with the pics before after the husbands f150 was pretty dirty on the inside and the paint needed some TLC before after

ouarkie
Both vehicles look awesome. What did you use on the Enclave plastic that runs round the bottom? Also what process and products did you use on the seats? They went from having stains on the lower backrest, to having none? You made that Ford Diamond White look awesome. Great job! Great job! for the bottom i used SVRT and an old microfiber rag to make sure it was even.....for the seats i sprayed them pretty heavily with LIC and used the leather brush Adam's sells...i wiped it away with a cheap microfiber and repeated until it was gone....took about 2 or 3 applications and some good elbow grease
FINISHING TOUCH
How do you clean and vacuum between the seat and console? Any tips?
ouarkie
Yeah it sure looks like it. I don't know what they are using for dye in blue jeans but it sure comes off on leather seats. I clean and condition the crap out of that light beige seats and it still turns blue. Also do you have any tips for correcting the top of the truck? I have the same truck in bright white and I can't reach the top without using a ladder. Every time I am on that ladder with the polisher I just see bad things happening. Every time I am on that ladder with the polisher I just see bad things happening. the lady wears a lot of black pants to work so that is why hers was black...it was like that last time i did it too.....as far as correcting the top i either stand in the bed or on the running boards and get it the best i can....i dont use a ladder or anything that i could potentially damage the vehicle with especially since it isnt mine...i get it clayed and make one pass with the polisher and throw the wax on there because you never really see the top anyways. How do you clean and vacuum between the seat and console? Any tips? I have a hard time getting the vacuum in there or my hand to clean. i use a shop vac from sears which i rigged up a little bit...from our old vacuum i took the hose off and tapped it to the hose on the shop vac....i also had an attachment on that old vacuum that is about a foot long and around an inch wide at the tip...i taped that onto the old hose....it isnt the prettiest thing in the world but it lets me get into places i normally couldnt have gotten into before
