Walnut Interior Trim

Most any trim like that, especially in newer cars, will be clear coated so pretty much all the rules for exterior paint polishing apply.

Clean it with Waterless Wash or Detail Spray to start, maybe a little Revive or FMP by hand to polish it out.

Mask off the surrounding areas to prevent a mess.

I had some scratches in my denali's wood trim. I tried fine polish first, then went to swirl and haze, and finished with fine again. I finished with Americana. I did it all by hand as I figure a pc would probably make a mess in there!

Heres my post, go to page 5, I need to work on it some more but it looks way better after the one try!
