InDepthAutoDetailing Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Thanks to Momo.75 I now have a company logo. I delivered some Adam's to Morris in Birmingham a while back and mentioned I needed a logo. IIRC I got a text with the first design by the end of the day. After several texts and a couple of changes this is the one I decided to go with. Once again, thanks Morris!
InDepthAutoDetailing Posted April 8, 2012 Author Posted April 8, 2012 I like it. I'd let you rub on my paint. Took me a second but I got it.
3PedalMINI Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 I really like your logo! looks very clean and professional. Make sure you get it in .EPS format so you can scale as big or small as you need, it also gives you the "transparency" most printers/designers need. The only concern i have is if you letter your truck its going to get lost because of the burgundy on the truck and the red back ground. Looks great! now get some nice high gloss business cards made up
Integrity Detailing, LLC Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 I like it too. Guess I'll post mine in a new thread. No thread-jacking ninjas here

I am very seriously considering buying a 5x8 enclosed trailer to haul product to and from shows. I'm thinking that logo covering the side of a white trailer would be hard to miss.

I'm thinking that logo covering the side of a white trailer would be hard to miss. Ahh Nice! yeah that would look really sharp on the trailer. When i set a friend of the time up in the detailing industry I built & designed a self contained mobile detailing trailer. It had a large water tank, power, pressure washer, and a pump that supplied house hold pressure for the pooling rinse and tasks that didnt require the pressure washer. (it was also the pump that supplied the pressure washer) We split the trailer up, the water tank being directly over the axel because of the weight when filled, then above that was the Bladder pump. Directly infront of the tank was the pressure washer and generator that was bolted down to the floor. Then I built a dividing wall that went up 4ft, then a shelf that housed 4 bins for various detaling stuff then a back wall behind the bins. This allowed for maximum use of space above the tank. This also gave me a small 3 foot wall space that housed the hoses and extension cords etc. By doing a wall like this it divided the mechanicals from the rest of the detailing equipment to keep things neat and orderly. The front part was accessed by the side door. If their is one thing i cant stess enough, put down a laminate floor in the trailer, especially if you plan on bringing water. The floor gets really nasty and impossible to clean. His trailer was an 8x10 and was the perfect size, any smaller and we couldnt of done what we did. They always say go a size larger then what your planning when buying a trailer and that couldnt be any more true. when i went and bought mine I was planning on just getting an 8x10 but at the last minute ordered an 8x12 and i was really glad that i did. Check into getting a covered wagon trailer, this was what i bought and it was awesome. Well built, nice features and 40% less then some of the bigger guys. Welcome to Covered Wagon Trailers
Pure-Vision Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Looks good Len!! So, I guess the Camaro brochures are out?
InDepthAutoDetailing Posted April 8, 2012 Author Posted April 8, 2012 Looks good Len!! So, I guess the Camaro brochures are out? Yep. All gone. They ran their course. The Camaro pic did get me hooked up with the local camaro club. I thought it was time for an actual logo and Morris delivered.

Welcome to Covered Wagon Trailers Not planning on doing mobile detailing. The city is starting to crack down on mobile detailers. They now have to catch the dirty water to keep it from entering the sewer system. This will only be used for car show.
