InDepthAutoDetailing
3M eraser wheel. You should be able to find one at your local auto parts store. It's so much quicker than adhesive remover. Here ya go [ame=http://www.amazon.com/3M-Stripe-Wheel-07498-Hardware/dp/B00063VT0G]Amazon.com: 3M Stripe Off Wheel 07498, 4 in x 5/8 in, w/Hardware - 7498AM: Home Improvement[/ame]
MichiganSRT8
3M eraser wheel is good, another simple thing to keep around are plastic razor blades, come in handy for stuff like that. Phil over at detailers domain carries them, grab some more adams stuff from him too while your over there
Chris@Adams
I agree 3M Adhesive Remover will take the glue off, then don't forget to re-wax! Car Wax & Paint Sealant

bigcarrot
I heat up the badge/goo with a hair dryer and you can peel it off with your fingers usually. If there's some left over stuff I use Rubbing alcohol to get the rest off.

MichiganSRT8
Jeff, I always use a hair dryer, I would be afraid to use a heat gun. ^^ This. I use both as I have a variable heat adjustment but 99% of the time I just use an old one of my moms hair dryers she didnt want anymore. A good idea is you can just go to like a salvation army and pick up an older hair dryer for like 2 bucks and your set and ready to go. Stealing the wives and her finding it in the garage is not going to end well haha.
GaryW
try these links.. http://www.adamsforums.com/forums/general-detailing-discussion-questions/16570.htm http://www.adamsforums.com/forums/general-detailing-discussion-questions/16370-3.htm I used fishing line to remove the badges. It left the tape and adhesive. Heated it with hair dryer, plastic razor to scrape it off. Went to walmart, got turtle wax spray adhesive remover. sprayed it on let it set a few minutes,, wipe off with alittle scrubbing and some Adams All Purpose Cleaner. Then cleaned everything up and gave her a good detail again. If you got the badges off,, just the spay adhesive will work great to remove the left over residue. Pinstripes the same,,, hairdryer,, plastic scraper and spray adhesive remover.
