Osok
Has anyone tried the Tuff Guard hoses? I'm beyond tired of fighting kinks in my hose as I"m washing. Found some info on the tuff guard hoses that seem to fight kinking pretty well. And to boot they're made in the USA.

PacificNWBuckeye
If it's what I just found they look pretty good, but they are pricey. $66 on amazon. If you do get one give us a review, cause if my current one keeps acting the way it did the other day I'll need a replacment.
jtnyc85
It's fantastic! Like PacificNWBuckeye says it is pricy, but the benefits definitely out way the cost! The Tuff Guard hose is actually distributed out of my home town, so I've been using it since early summer. It's awesome, KINK PROOF, super light so my wife can use it, and it reels up on a reel (if you have one) in 2 seconds (exaggeration but it's weight allows it to reel up super fast with no tangling). The cool thing about washing your car with it is that it's non-marking! You can literally throw the thing up over the hood of your car and it leaves no marks, unlike my big black goodyear hose that leaves a black smudge on anything it touches. This is very cool when I wash down my boat in the marina...no marks, AND it floats even when filled with water!! The other thing I noticed is that it doesn't get "stuck" under the tires, again unlike my rubber goodyear hose. The hose has a "wrap" on the outside thats made from polypropylene, that not only prevents kinks but also prevents the hose from "sticking" where you don't want it to stick! I've seen some reviews concerning the fittings leaking, but apparently that's been taken care of, and I've not had a problem at all. It's a little "springy" if your not using some type of reel or holder I think because it always wants to straighten itself out, and again it is pricy but overall it's a fantastic product! AND IT'S MADE IN THE USA!!!!!!
