savi01
This has got me extremely angry. I purchased the following product from ebay, Mirror Insert Overlays Mercedes C250 C300 C350 C63 | eBay ... It was NOT as shown. It was extremely smaller than in the image, and of the WORST quality vinyl I have ever seen. Paper thin and impossible to apply without a million creases/air bubbles. The seller states "No refunds/exchanges", but the item description is VERY misleading. I contacted the seller and demanded a refund, because this is ridiculous. I feel stupid for ever paying $15.00 for two pieces of vinyl. If they offer no help, I am definitely leaving negative feedback and contacting eBay. Question; anyone ever have a similar issue and dealt with eBay customer service? I hope I don't get burned on this purchase. ****!

NathanJax
I have, put in a claim and it will get resolved ASAP. x2 do NOT wait for them to come back with answers. They'll usually try to wait till you can no longer dispute it then you're screwed. Go ahead and put in a claim now, and then have the seller resolve it. Once resolved, cancel the dispute, or if not resolved, you're already proving your case to eBay
savi01
Thanks for the info guys. I'll give them until tomorrow morning to reply. I've been going through some of their past negative feedbacks and they always seem to have some smarta** response to people, so I'm pretty sure I'll be contacting eBay. IMADreamer
On ebay you have all the power as the buyer. Just file the complaint and you'll be fine. While we are ranting. I hate ebay. The fees are insane for sellers, atleast 1/5 of my buyers never pay, and paypal needs to die. Sadly, it's about the only way to do what I do. savi01
There were no instructions, the pieces were precut to the shape, only needed to be applied. The vinyl was so thin I couldn't even get it off the backing paper w/o a tear. The seller agreed to refund my order if I send the one remaining piece. Well, at least I can get my money back... Did I mention the seller is in Canada? Can't trust 'em

Did I mention the seller is in Canada? Can't trust 'em I bought something like this for my headlights. After realizing what you have, I crinkled them up and tossed them in the garbage. You HAVE to go into buying something from eBay knowing you'll get screwed. For 15 bucks, I'd leave negative feedback and move on. You'll cost them more than they costed you just with the negative feedback. eBay sucks! I've moved on... Chris
ChargerMatt
You think that's bad? Ebay owes me $400+ that they said they paid, but my bank has no knowledge of this ever being deposited.
savi01
It wasn't so much about the $15 as the really deceiving item description. I've ordered similar vinyl products from other sellers and all have been excellent. This seller however used someone else's item picture and such.
