Heavily Swirled Paint Correction

Hey All,

I just recently finished a full exterior detail and paint correction for a customer using my Adam's products. This one was worth sharing! Customer indicated they had some swirl marks they wanted me to remove. Sounds easy enough; much to my surprise, this is what I received!

I was told they noticed it after they waxed the car. Apparently they washed it one day and waxed it 3 days later without rewashing. I had my work cut out for me on this one...

Tools used after wash and clay bar:

  • Flex Machine Polisher
  • Adam's Severe Swirl Remover
  • Adam's Swirl & Haze Remover
  • Adam's Fine Machine Polish
  • Adam's Machine Super Sealant
  • Adam's Brilliant Glaze
  • Adam's Americana Premium Carnauba Paste Wax
  • Adam's Super VRT for tires and trim

Man, that thing was beat up. I got nauseous looking at those dense swirls and haze, no kidding. (Aaaaaah my Eyes, my Eyes!) Looks like they dried the car with newspaper.

What were all those little cloudy dime sized spots?

btw GREAT recovery! Now it's looking like it came from the factory...

This looks great!! How long did this take you to complete?

I had approximately 16 hours in this one, start to finish.

Thank you all for the compliments!! Adam's did all the work, I just pulled the trigger :2thumbs:

O.M.G. Whoaa! they had to of done more then just wax it 3 days later, i dont think it would cause that much damage.

Did they rub the entire car down woth a rag that has been thrown around for 15 years then cleaned in sand? WOW ive seen some F&$*@D up cars in my time but that by far takes the cake!

Nice job man! i hope you charged them well, you earned ever penny
