bobbagels
Hello hello, I recently corrected my car and it came out pretty nice. 2 bucket strip wash, clay, swirl remover, fine polish, sealer, glaze then Americana http://www.adamsforums.com/forums/machine-polishing/17383.htm This car sits in the garage. ALL THE TIME. Except for car shows and a brief ride on occasion. I have watched the Junkmans video with the california duster and waterless wash. (as a matter of fact I tried it and its genius IMO:-) So my question is, is there anything I have to do to maintain the shine? Ya know, keep that PoP!! goin? BlueGenCoupe
what about DD's? would you do a 2 bucket wash and top with some wax?? For a DD, what I do with my car, is a 2 bucket wash, dry with DS or Waterless wash toped with BG.
DaveVY
what about DD's? would you do a 2 bucket wash and top with some wax?? For our DDs after the 2 bucket wash I dry with a misting of detail spray. I like the gloss this leaves. Then since we are in the beginning stages of bug season and if it has been a few weeks since the last application I will use Spray Sealant the surfaces that bugs will hit. Sometimes, since it is so fast and easy, and if the newly sealant applied areas are looking better than the rest of the car I find myself applying the sealant to give it that extra pop.
