Cpwest Posted May 5, 2012 Posted May 5, 2012 I post in the General Discussion area yesterday that I just got my shipment of machine polishing materials. I dont have time for a paint correction right now (school finals). So while I took a break from studying I decided to correct my moms 01 Taurus headlights. They were pretty bad and I think they turned out pretty good for my first time doing any type of polishing. Before After Before After I did 3 rounds of each polish on this one and it still has a slight haze and may need to be wet sanded. But it is much better. Next projects: Full correction of the horrible paint on moms car. Then my truck, which is better but still needs some lovin. Both black......
mc2hill Posted May 5, 2012 Posted May 5, 2012 Nice Cody! Headlights provide a very dramatic turnaround, and difference can be jaw dropping to others.
BlueGenCoupe Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 Nice job Cody. Like you mentioned, a wet sand might be needed.
