well i went over to my neighbors house, i forgot he had told me i could use his garage to detail my car. So i went over and asked his wife if he was home, he wasn't be she asked why. next thing i know she gives me the garage door opener and says here if you want to get started tonight go ahead! so i gave the car a wash with adams shampoo and 3-4 oz of apc. then i clayed the car. i went through roughly 24 oz of detail spray claying. gave her another wash and brought her back home that was at 1:30. So now the plan is to go back over tomorrow morning and polish her up im so excited! i also couldn't beleive how smooth the paint felt after i clayed, big difference.

I'm always amazed how much better any car looks after claying..especially ones that haven't ever seen a clay bar before. Twice now in detailing one of my neighbors cars he's happened to come by after I just finished claying and said..wow..you're done already. LOL. I say ah nope just finished claying but still need to polish and wax. He says..wow I don't think I've seen it look this good before.

I had some additional ghosted graphics show up after claying the Crown Vic (former Oregon State Patrol). When I was finishing drying from the two bucket wash after clay, my wife was looking at the door funny and said she can see a star. We had never seen the door stars before, but there they were.
