Chase@InsanePaint Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 A quick little taste of the new Savini Extreme Concaves that'll be goin on the sled at 8am. Treated to a nice coating of the good stuff, inside & out Loaded up and ready for an early morning ride to the wheel shop And just another small update. My wife lost her job a few weeks ago (but then regained employment this week) so the full-on install of the UAS/Accuair suspension got put on hold for a small bit. Pretty sad about it, but it'll be done by late June/early July. Just had a minor setback. All the parts are here, and all is well now, just a small delay is all. I'll have full-on body shots of the sled tomorrow with these new shoes though!!!
the1inblue Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 Very nice! Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2

Chase@InsanePaint Posted May 10, 2012 Author Posted May 10, 2012 Thanks boys!......I'm nervous. Imagine of you changed the paint scheme on your car, and were going from black to silver......kinda creates excitement, but there's some second-guessing your decision. Lol, especially when you were ALREADY happy with what you had...... Meeting with Curtis at noon for a few wicked photos. Will have GOOD pics tonight for y'all. Now I begin the wait for the air-ride install. Aaaaaaaaaaarrrgggh!!
THE Mook Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 You don't have to wait for the air install...I have a TBSS you could uh..."test fit for a realllllly long time" on right over here! It's a big, courageous step to change up what you have...especially from dark to light. I am sue along the way you will change a few little things to a different color to help set other things off, as you would not have seen them otherwise, until you started changing...make sense? Mook
Chase@InsanePaint Posted May 10, 2012 Author Posted May 10, 2012 I feel ya Mookster. Thanks for calming my nerves a bit lmao.
THE Mook Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 I feel ya Mookster. Thanks for calming my nerves a bit lmao. I'm in process of about to be doing something similar with mine...I can empathize homie!
ChargerMatt Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 I feel bad that I have to ask, but what ride are these going on?
Chase@InsanePaint Posted May 10, 2012 Author Posted May 10, 2012 I feel bad that I have to ask, but what ride are these going on? Let me clarify my terminology......"the rig" would mean my Wrangler. The "wife's beast" would mean the Cherokee SRT. And "the sled" would mean my Charger......so these are going on the Charger. Awaiting final mount & balance now. Had to buy 2 new rear tires today, had a crack in the inner sidewall of one that was discovered when taken off. So that delayed install by about 2 hours. THANKFULLY we found a pair local. Should roll outta here by 1:00. Small photo shoot at 3:00.
