L1lD3v1lRydr Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Just read this article and if I didn't already think these car's were badass enough to begin with, I've never seen one in a wagon, or having anything done to it! Pretty badass if you ask me. Obviously not a G8GT, but Australian's version of that, the Commodore. Australian Conviction - Stance Works

LDM Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 What's better than a Holden Sportwagon? A HSV Clubsport R8 Tourer, of course! HSV E3 Clubsport R8 Tourer; E Series 3; Holden Special Vehicles And I'm pretty sure Matt is already aware there's a wagon version of the Commodore. At least I hope so if he considers himself a proper Holden owner.

Captain Slow Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 . Now that's a lot of Holden wagon pron. BTW: I love the plates on the OP: BWHALE

whiterp199 Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Daddy want! I have always said I eould have got the wagon had it been available. I love them.
StormChaser Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 HA, I was hoping your or him would see this. When I first heard about this......I was like ewwww. Now these pics may sway me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
THE Mook Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 I'm gonna need a minute. Wow. Is sell the SS for one of those. Maybe.
LDM Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Though there never was a G8 wagon, the Sportwagon SSV Special Edition like in the last two pictures Paul posted is what it would've looked like. When GM axed Pontiac, Holden used some of the leftover body pieces to make some special edition sedans, wagons and utes. Here's one that Walkinshaw Performance got their hands on: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=it6uhpGA7WI]Walkinshaw Super Wagon- for Jalopnik... only. - YouTube[/ame]
GerryC Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 I like it with the Holden front. With the G8 front it doesn't look right IMO. I'd prefer this though: Holden Coupe 60 Concept BTW Len are you going on Sunday?
LDM Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 BTW Len are you going on Sunday? I might show up, but at this point probably not. I'm going to a see truck race at Seekonk with my girlfriend Saturday night (one of her friends is racing) so I probably won't be up for a trip all the way to New Haven in the morning.
GaryW Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 OH MY! I think I'm in love! Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2 that is sweet looking,, love the blue..
matts88yj Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Oh no, don't let Matt see this!!!! Too late!!!! HA, I was hoping your or him would see this. Oh I've been looking into these for a while now. No need to worry about that THIS. Dead friggin sexxxxxxxzeee! I agree with you kind sir! What's better than a Holden Sportwagon? A HSV Clubsport R8 Tourer, of course![/url] And I'm pretty sure Matt is already aware there's a wagon version of the Commodore. At least I hope so if he considers himself a proper Holden owner. To be honest the HSV styling and front end don't sit well with me. To many lines going on. I prefer the simpler, cleaner look of the Holden versions. Makes it more sleeper that way When I first heard about this......I was like ewwww. Now these pics may sway me. See? And to think you thought they were totally ugly and grandpa cars. Though there never was a G8 wagon, the Sportwagon SSV Special Edition like in the last two pictures Paul posted is what it would've looked like. When GM axed Pontiac, Holden used some of the leftover body pieces to make some special edition sedans, wagons and utes. Here's one that Walkinshaw Performance got their hands on: This one is actually on my screen saver slide show at work. Everyone walks by when any of the pics are up (All Commodores or Clubsport wagons) and says "What the heck are those? I want one!" I like it with the Holden front. With the G8 front it doesn't look right IMO. I'd prefer this though: Holden Coupe 60 Concept I agree. It just looks more normal with the Holden front end on it and like I said above, more sleeper. I like sleepers that is sweet looking,, love the blue.. They are very well styled and cued cars if you ask me. Although, some of the fellow BMW people in here consider me 'tasteless' for driving a Pontiac/Holden I just look at them and say 'At least I didn't have to blow over 65k to get performance.' They just go back to sipping their tea. Sad thing is after I'm done with mine I'll be running circles around and passing even the M3 and M5 snoot heads. Be ready for plenty of kill reports
StormChaser Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Ya i now rate them a 3 or 4 instead of 0. Hahahahahahahahahaha. Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk 2

I guess the real reason is I just want the LS3.
MAYBEN Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 It is a shame they killed Pontiac.. this would've done decent as a G8 Wagon
matts88yj Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 See, I love the front ends, though I would say that the rears on the sedans are too busy. The wagon rear is simple enough though. I guess the real reason is I just want the LS3. Just swap an LS3 in yours and call it good! It is a shame they killed Pontiac.. this would've done decent as a G8 Wagon All because they sell more Buicks in China... damn that's a great looking car. I really hope they bring a wagon over here and also pray that they don't screw up the front end or rear end of the car in the process. Hate to say it but Chevy seems to know how to mess up good body lines. Since they are coming from the same facility, wonder if they would throw a RHD Holden Commodore SS-V coupe and wagon on the boat for me
