Please help!

Hey guys I have a 3 month old PC7424xp and only used it once. I was about to polish and the PC just dies when I put pressure on it. When I try to turn it back on it turns on but just dies right away. I used it before with no problems. Any ideas what could be causing this? thanks in advance.

Ya it was purchased at adams. I will definately give them a call. Im just frustrated because im off the next 4 days and was really looking forward to detailing my first black car. I guess it'll have to wait. thanks for the quick reply.

What size extension cord are you using? Does it work ok if you plug it directly into the outlet?

Are you using an extension cord? If so Try it without it.

I tried using it with and without the extension cord. Im also using the extension cord that I used the first time i used it with no problems. The PC would turn on then just turn back off.
