Quick Sealant

So those of you that are using the Quick Sealant, how many cars are you getting from a can? I think I may be using too much because with one can I was only aplbe to apply one coat to 2 mini vans and 1 mid size sedan. I am using the fogging method along with applying to the applicator pad to level off. Just curious how the rest of you are doing with this product?

Seems like quite a bit being used. There was a thread a few months back where Dylan posted how much he has used...let me see if I can find it. I don't use the fogging method, just spray it on the app and apply.

I've done my G8 twice and our Enclave once and still have probably half a can or at least a third of a can left. I don't fog, I just put it on the applicator. I think you waste too much fogging...

I used to fog it on but now I just spray the applicator.

 

I've only finished up one can out of my 3 pack and have sealed up 5-6 cars/SUV's.

That can is deceptively full... you'll get a lot of use out of it.

Agreed with Dylan. I thought my can was getting "low," I've done 3 more cars since then, and there's still some left in the can.

I've done 8 wheels, my car twice, BMW M3 and a large SUV with 1 can.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I have two cars to detail this weekend, so I am going to try the applicator methid instead of the fogging method. I will see I many more cars I can get from my first can using this technique.
