How to clean convertible?

My brother has a 2003 Mustang Cobra convertible, how can we wash the top on this and what products would you recommend? He wanted to use some other brand besides Adam's but I jumped in for the save, haha. I showed him what Adam's polishes can do and he's becoming a believer.

I just did a mustang convertible last weekend that has a pretty faded black top with a lot of water spotting. I scrubbed it while doing a 2 bucket wash, then cleaned it with Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner and a Leather and Interior brush and it looked good as new.
