I detail as a hobby, and have used many different products. I was introduced to Adams about a year ago, and loved everything from the product, helpful forums, to the fast delivery. The Firebird was down for over a year and wasn't neglected a bit, so about to undergo a full detail here soon now that it's up and running again.
