She was very helpful and it is true, Adam's will worth with the customer in any way they can to make a customer happy. The wait time was very short too unlike most companies these days. Trust me, the bigger we grow, the more our customer service develops, so hopefully, it continues to improve! No big-company, shareholder-controlled action at our small biz!
