Just had my first use of the live chat with Ashley and i give it a :thumbsup:. She was very helpful and it is true, Adam's will worth with the customer in any way they can to make a customer happy. The wait time was very short too unlike most companies these days.

 

Just impressed and felt the need to share.

I used it once because I had two gift certificates and also a credit card and the checkout would only take one certificate. Forget which one I spoke with, but it was quick easy. Can beat it.

I will say that there is ONE big downfall to the company though.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The great service alone (even just conversation wise) is going to make it easier to let the money flow on buying products. :lolsmack:

Lynn did my first Adam's order for me and customized it to the fullest. Was very helpful since I dont always like talking on the phone. Plus at work I cant and lets just say I was ordering while I worked ;)

So wht happens if Adams becomes huge ahhhh soooo scary

 

Our feet are on the ground, and our customers keep us real! Trust me, the bigger we grow, the more our customer service develops, so hopefully, it continues to improve!

 

No big-company, shareholder-controlled action at our small biz!
