0 mjhpadi
I would check with the airline but I'm betting the aerosol can is a no-no, either checked or carry on.
0 Bigredmariner
Sorry but it's a no no with FAA and TSA to take aerosols on an aircraft.
0 Marylander
I'd think you could check it... Like a can do shaving cream would fly, right?
0 Bigredmariner
It's a flammable liquid, says it right on the can. According to TSA's website Flammable Aerosols are prohibited, not trying to argue but I looked it up. Scroll down to Flammable Items. 0 Odiesback
Well, I think that settles it. No intention here on violating any FAA or TSA regulations Was just curious why the product could not be sent via air. I will look into using other products that have no transport restrictions. So, in my case, would be better to apply some sealant or a coat of wax, or nothing?
0 dipolley
Take some buttery wax or Americana with the appropriate applicators. Americana would be better I think because it is a solid paste.
