Paint correction 1968 Barracuda, 340 Magnum

Recommended Posts

This client contacted me and JUST wanted the outside of his baby dealt with. After discussing budget and goals, we decided to shoot for about a 75%-85% correction, glaze & wax, and a gentle wipedown of the engine bay. The owner of this car has owned it for about 10-11 years, and most of the swirls and damage were caused by his improper wash technique & a bad job with his rubbing compound.

Process was as follows:

Total time spent, 6 hours. Onto the pics!

Car was very clean upon arrival, so these shots will give you a GOOD idea of the condition of the paint all over. Here's a 50/50 shot of the trunk.

Lol. Preciate ya boys!! :)

NO TIME for MSS, lol....

Let me clear up some moderate confusion: I left my career of 15+ years to start my dream, I own & run my own personal high-end polishing, paint correction, detailing business. On the side, I will be doing product testing, running forums, and write-ups for Adam's. Who knows what the future holds. But for now, this is the arrangement. I have a HUGE vision, and a HUGE motivation. We will see where this all leads!! :)

Dude, you always got killer work!! :2thumbs:

Sexy does not even start to describe that. SMOKIN more like it.. The paint just glows. Made me want to go home and break out the Flex for some more practice.

Sent you a PM about something.

I can picture you standing on the street with a sign and your Flex. "Will Flex for practice." :D
