Team Adam's
Most of you are probably familiar with "The Godfather," the 1934 Dodge built by the fine folks at Weaver Customs. Well here is their latest project, "Boost". They unveiled it to the public last weekend at the 2013 Detroit Autorama and I was fortunate enough to be there to see it! Build Info: Started life as a 1950 Chevy. Then came to Weaver Customs where the transformation to a badass 2 seat roadster happened! Engine: 383 SBC, aluminum heads, 177 B&M Blower 7 PSI Transmission: B&M TH350 with a 3000 Stall Rearend: Narrowed Ford 9 inch with 3:89 Locker 31 Spline Strange Axles Brakes: 14" Wilwood 6/4 Piston Suspension: Mustang II up front and triangulated 4 link in rear with AirLift V2 Shockwaves all the way around. Wheels: Intro Apache 22x11 rear, 18x7 front Tires: Pirelli Zero Nero Paint: DuPont Hot Hues Gun Metal Grey and Volcanic Blast Interior: Garrett Leather Sierra Cherry by JS Custom Interiors Gauges: Dakota Digital Audio: Kicker Body: Started as a 2 door post car. Converted to an all steel 2 seat roadster. Body has been smoothed and shaved. Custom front race-inspired splitter. Rear custom roll pan (utilized 51 Chevy grill pieces flipped upside down). Custom Flowmaster Hushpower exhaust outlet. Custom fit '54 Chevy taillights finished in hand brushed nickel. Hand fabricated dash and waterfall console. Custom windshield crafted from a '56 Ford truck. Grill finished in hand brushed nickel. All wiring tied together with an American Autowire Highway 22. Many other custom touches on this build! Please lean back from your keyboards, the drool is about to begin... Edited March 12, 2013 by Nick@Adams

Team Adam's
and no pics of the motor? You're killing us, ha! what motor does it have? that paint job is sweet The hood doesn't pop very far lol. I only got one shot and it's blurry. I'm sure Sydney will pop in here in a bit with more build info, but it has a 383 Stroker with I believe an 8-71 blower on it. Randy said it makes ~550hp at the wheels. Perfect for AUTOCROSS! JBlack151
I believe this is the car that consumed my favorite mint providers time from the Adams crew for a while recently. He was M.I.A. from the forum and had me worried sick. Thankfully he responded to me to let me know he was okay and working on a killer project. Okay, I need to go get a single soft to wipe off my keyboard now!
