Prepping Glass for Glaze.. How?

I am just getting ready to apply brilliant Glaze, I am reading that it should be applied to the Glass as well? In the middle of detailing and have smudges and slight over sprays on the windshield and back window? Does that matter? Should I be cleaning them up before applying the glaze?

When I detail, I always do windows last. You want to clean the glass, then clay it, then seal it, and then apply the glaze.

Glaze on glass???????  Definitely missed this one..........what does glaze add to glass that the sealant doesn't?

If you seal it the glaze is overkill!! IMO . If you don't seal it then I would use the glaze. Glaze provides no protection at all.

Glass sealant works best, but quick sealant is very good too.  All the glaze does is prevent smudges and finger prints.

And give your windows that pop to go with your paint.

I have ordered glass cleaner and sealant from Adams... Geez I got a lot of Adams bottles...

In between, I use DS, to boost the protection once a week.

I went revive, glaze then two coats of Americana

Clay then seal. Glaze seems a little overkill but I am curious. Will try my next time around.

I use Adam's BG after every wash on my glass.  I like the POP I get having tinted windows, and also the decreased ability to smudge.  I apply it before I start using SVRT on the trim...this makes getting the leftovers off the glass EASY!

And Adam's Glass Cleaner is well worth the money.  I even have the fiance using it around the house now.  I'm yet to purchase the glass towels but everyone raves about how well those two work together.

Glass Cleaner+Glass Towels=Never have streaky windows again

I have used the glass cleaner and microfibers on my niece's new apartment 'milky' mirrored sliding doors.  Windex didn't touch them, Adam's glass cleaner and glass microfiber cloths got rid of the milky haze and made them like new. She was pleasantly surprised.
