Buttery Over Americana???

Has anyone used buttery wax over americana? Are there any down sides (affect performance of americana already on there)? I have a brand new bottle and want to test it out tomorrow morning after my weekly wash.

I've done it a couple of times.  Works fine.  Good way to "freshen up" your wax quickly and easily.

Yeah, you can do it, but I prefer the Brilliant Glaze to more wax.

I already have qs, bg, and then americana. So do you mean you like to add bg then buttery/americana?

If you just want to add more wax you can either add more Americana or Buttery on top of what's there.  Your wax won't last forever and that's a quick "maintenance" step.

 

If starting from scratch the recommended order is:

 

1:  Sealant

2:  Glaze

3:  Wax

For quick touch up after I've waxed, I will wipe it down with BG.  It adds a great shine.   Been doing it for years and years and you'll really notice it on black.  Makes it look deep and wet.
