2quikta Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 I don't know how long it's been unavailable, but why is the "chat now" not offered anymore? I know myself, I don't care for the "we'll get back to you soon" button. Sometimes there is a reply, and sometimes there isn't. If none of us are available, it will prompt you to send an email which goes to a handful of us, and we will often answer it in less than an hour, if not almost instantly!
