Hello all,

Im a member of the Camaro5 forum, of the same name.

Been researching some detailing products ever since I found a major case of swirls in my 2010 Camaro SS.  Lots of useful information on the other forums I'm on so I figured I'd join up here, especially since I'm watching my wallet thin out from buying the products here.  This is what I have so far:

Anyways,

I've been building up my collection of Adams products so that when the winter finally ends, I can make my cars beautiful again.  Unfortunately, the township we live in has screwed us this winter.  We applied for permits for a garage back in September, and they sat on the application till mid December.  Now that we get week after week of snow, look at our beauties:

Here is what they are supposed to look like in the shiny sun:

TELL ME THAT'S NOT YOUR 60TH UNDER THAT SNOW!!   I'm going to come up there and BEAT you!! :burnout:

But since they pay me to be nice...........welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately it is.  As stated in my opening, we applied for a garage permit with the township, 24' X 24' heated and insulated garage, in September.  However, between the contractor and the township, the permit was never approved until November 26.  Then it took another meeting through the zoning board a week later.  After all was said and done, and the contractors got the permits back to start building, it was too cold.  Then week after week after week of snow started falling and now you see what mess we have here.

Just be aware, it is covered so it's not being directly snowed on:

Welcome to the Forum!  Looks like you are on the right track with the products!  Sucks to see your cars snowed in.  We're feeling your pain in PA.  When will it end!

If you need help with products or technique, this is the place to find it!

Keep an eye out for detail clinics in your area this spring.  Ours is unofficially scheduled for 03MAY.

I understand completely.  I have that same cover by the way.  Pretty nice.  Fortunately, mine is tucked away in the garage, but my house and driveway have about 4 feet of snow on them. It will be great for you when you get that thing built.  Get that baby a nice warm bed!

Oh trust me it will have a nice warm bed.  It's just now the stupid waiting game for it all to get done.

OHHH and FYI, these two cars will be at the GM Nationals at Carlisle in June, if anyone's interested.

Skipping GM this year, but will definitely be at Corvettes Thurs - Sat night.  And  be sure to pencil Adam's party in your schedule for the August event. Friday evening across from the fairgrounds.
