How to clean question

So my neighbor has an old 70s vette that is white. She hardly drives it  and today she had it outside. She asked me how to clean the front bumper. It seems to be a different material than the rest of the car. It is really faded and looks beige instead of white. I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this. Sorry I wish I had some pics.

Sounds like it has yellowed with time, you would need to clay and polish. Revive or machine polishing with PFP and white pad and you may need PCP and orange pad....Can you post up a pic?

Its single stage paint that is oxidized.  You're going to need to Orange Polish/MF cutting pad to get the oxidized layer off and bring back the luster.  Then hit with the White pad and white polish before sealing.
