Motorcycle Paint Cleaning

Hi, I am looking  for a recommended procedure and product list for revitalizing the paint on my bike. It is House of Colors paint with Spies/Hecker clear coat. I have been using Meguires products but have switched over to Adams. There are some light swirls and a few light scratches. I will naturally use a wash then clay. It will all be done by hand. Please help me with your recommendations.

Rob, depending on how hard your clear is will determined if you can correct your paint by hand....

and depending on how bad your swirls are will determined if you need both polishes or just PFP. 

If they are light Revive polish may be all that you need, it's hard to say without seeing.

I will get some photos of the paint tomorrow and post them. With the contours of the bike I am afraid to use a machine.

I here you......with the Cyclo you can get into some tight spots.

Have you been able to correct your paint by hand in the past?

The light scratches are better but still visible. I have been able to remove the swirls by hand. The paint also needs a little TLC in general. The clear is 2 seasons old now and is routinly exposed to salt air. I need to learn a proper regimen for it's care using Adam's products.

If you were able to remove swirls by hand before your clear is soft and you will be ok.....dont forget to clay first.

After I clay all the surfaces, what products should i use and in what order? I have some power coated and chrome surfaces on the bike in addition to the paint.
