alex47er Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Hey what's up I'm Alex just like most people who join I'm here to learn more and more about auto detailing its something I'm passionate about and I'm coming from a long line of Chemical Guys so I want to see if there are more products out there I might like MORE or lean to more. I hope y'all can teach me something new and understand better techniques thanks! AmyAtAdamsAustralia 1

mc2hill Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Welcome Alex! And you will find Adam's product line much less confusing than what you were using before!
alex47er Posted July 27, 2014 Author Posted July 27, 2014 I already like y'all haha. So gents where do I start I have a lot of CG products and I feel its time to start comparing and seeing what is better that y'all carry. Today I was going to wash my jeep but family trip to the beach so might have to wait till tomorrow. I already did a full detail wash about 2 weeks ago. Wash clay wash compound polish seal and wax I want to preserve the wax any recommendations? Thanks!
b_pappy Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Welcome Alex. The Adam's product line & process is pretty straightforward, but are you looking for specific product to product recomendations? Bruce
mc2hill Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Wash clay wash compound polish seal and wax I want to preserve the wax any recommendations? Thanks! Are you asking about preserving the wax when claying & polishing? If so, that is not possible - the clay and/or the polish will remove the protection. If you still have plenty of protection form the wax, I would wait a little longer until it needs to be reapplied to polish. If you are asking about wash soap recommendations, Adam's Car Wash Shampoo will leave the wax in place (the CG products should too).
