Dealers Response....

After buying a new truck and waxing it with another brand of wax I felt as though I was wanting to try another brand of wax and have allways known about and seen Adams around for a little while ,and after seeing and talking to the guys at the events truck at Carlisle the other week i decided to move forward with trying your product. Last weekend I emailed 4 dealers off this website and didnt get a response from any of them,matter of fact if you go to one of the dealers website he is pushing a whole nother line of waxes and detailing products and theres no mention of Adams products..So your website is actually promoting another companys product.....(think about it)

Now its only been a very short time since I have been lurking around here and what I feel is a pretty good product is what you have, yet  you cant get Hexagon applicators,you cant get Patriot Wax and your dealers are non responsive...Are you guys sitting down on the job????

Now this might be small potatoes to you,might sound like Im doing alot of bitching but people that use your product are of a special breed I am sure cause they want the best... For you to continue to reel in new customers your service should be the same.....

I will try your products but it sucks knowing if I am gonna want more I best order way ahead of time and that I cant depend on my local dealer of product to be there when I need them!!!!

Jimi, please send me a PM with the dealers you contacted.  It's possible that we may have some listed on our site that are no longer active dealers, but it's hard to say without knowing which ones.

 

Regarding the other products you mentioned, the Hex Applicators were discontinued by the manufacturer, so those are no longer available, not only from Adam's, but across the entire industry.  You can only find them if anyone has residual stock remaining.  We are working on a new model, so keep your eyes peeled once we have a new version available.

 

Patriot Wax was a limited edition product with only 250 sold, and they have all sold out!

Adam's has no control over the hex applicators, the manufacturer has stopped making them. The patriot wax was a limited edition product where a portion of the proceeds went to the troops. Americana (or even buttery) will get you by just fine!

 

If the local Wendy's keeps getting my order wrong, I don't get mad at Wendy's. I choose another Wendy's to get my food from.

Jimi - Thanks for bringing that to the attention of the company. I'm sure they'll get is straightened out. 

 

What kind of truck did you get, and did you ever get the Adam's stuff you were looking for? Let us know whereabout you live and we can guide you to the closest active dealer. Ordering from the adams's website is also always pretty quick -- an easy alternative to running out and getting the stuff yourself.

I live in Middle River Rich,tryed the guy in Windsor Mill...No replys whatsoever...eventually went to Norm from New England,even know hes probally a Tom Brady fan....   I bought some Buttery Wax from Grabiaks Chevrolet...I am all over the place,yes I know....I will figure this out with your help and move forward in having my own local dealer I am sure.... Jimi, just to let you know, the customer service of Adam's, direct, I can not speak for the local dealers, is second to none.  I don't know of anyone else with a 110% return it if you aren't satisfied guarantee in this business. 

 

Order what you want/need online at the store, wait a few days depending upon where you live, and then LOVE it when that heavy duty Adam's cardboard box full of goodies arrives!

Norm is a great dealer on the east coast !! Get all of my products through him. A short 30 minute ride and I have products in hand. No shipping, no waiting and he is very knowledgeable about the Adams product as well. I would encourage all of you out there to support and contact your local Adams dealer,they are all part of the Adams team as well.Many of them have products that you cant find on the website anymore as well. White microfiber towells, hex applicators etc.Give em a call.
