I had ordered an item or two in the past, but had invested in "Z" products. After trying a bottle of deep wheel cleaner, I thought this Adam guy had a few things figured out. During the 4th of July sale, I decided to make the switch and ordered the Complete cyclo kit. It arrived with a few other things I had ordered, but I didn't really get time to play with it until two months later. NNaturally the products were great, but instead of a bottle of sealant, I had a bottle of waterless wash. Finally got around to calling today and got an answering machine. Thought I'd have to follow up tomorrow, but within 10 minutes I recieved a return call. 5 minutes later I had a $0 invoice for the missing sealant and two other items I had not ordered with free shipping. Immediately after that I had another email with a tracking number. Adam's Polishes, you have a customer for life. Thanks so much for doing things right. I teach nearly 300 middle school students every day. I tell them all to "do the right thing because it is the right thing to do." I'm glad to see others feel the same. We are a small bunch of about a dozen humans and strive to be 100% accurate, all the time, but mistakes occasionally happen. Glad we could make it right for you and we appreciate your support!!
