Hood underside cleaning

Looking for some suggestions on cleaning the hood underside of my old Bronco.  I've tried APC and a number of other things but still haven't found anything that is giving me great results.  Some of the hood is painted but not all of it.  Any suggestions?

if its already cleaned with APC, maybe revive by hand?

It's clean you just want it to look better? If so try some In & Out Spray......

It's not 100% clean, but pretty close.  A lot of the surface is chalky and very dried out.  Probably just oxidation from age.  I have both revive and in and out on hand that I will try out.  I don't expect it to look great I just want it to look more uniform and finished.

Yeah I would try Revive to get the oxidation out, if you have 4" pads and a machine it would make it easier to do as well
