Have had this issue for a while now, every time I apply americana it dust's like crazy. Mostly when I am wiping the applicator across the panel, and if it kind of makes a squeaking noise, it creates dust like crazy. Took a look at my foam applicators the other day, which are relatively new, and they have a good white substance still on the face even after cleaning with apc. If I rub my hand across the face or agitate with a brush the dust comes flying out. Any advice? Am I not cleaning the foam applicator well enough? Have discovered it's definitely the foam causing this issue, as there is dried wax still in the pad which creates dust when applying americana
