Will the mini/microfiber pad remove swirls in chrome?

Have some slight swirls on the chrome pipes on my harley street glide. Curious, would the mini with a microfiber cutting pad correct them? I know chrome is much harder than clearcoat, but thought maybe the micro pad and mini combo could remove them, thoughts?

I think you answered your question.....the chrome is so hard it's doubtful that you will be able to.

However give it a try they could be fine enough that you can improve them a little.

What I would do is apply some BG, the BG has some fillers that just might do the trick!

Thanks chris, may try it some time if I get bored to see if it helps, or at least lessens them as they are very light scratches. Trust me, I have used brilliant glaze on the pipes a few times and the shine on the chrome is amazing!

Adam's has a 4" Metal polishing pad that could be used with the mini. I'm not sure how well it would work but I thought I say something about it.
