Metal Polish Remove Brand Name on Exhaust Tips?

My Magnaflow exhaust has the brand name on the tips, as you can see in the picture.  Will the metal polish remove this from the tips?  I don't want to remove it, but need to get the tips cleaned up.  The writing feels smooth to the touch, so I don't know how it will react to the polish.  I tried doing a search in the forums but couldn't find anything.

If it's etched, which it most likely is, no, Adam's Metal Polishes won't remove it. If it's painted on it'll take it off, but then so would heat from the exhaust over time.

The polish won't take it off.  Depending on how you apply and remove the polish might. I always do my tips by hand.  Use soft pads or cloths and you'll be fine.
