Hi all,

New to the forum, and Adam's products really.  I receive a couple of Adam's products in a Detailer's Domain mystery box and thought I'd give a few more a try.  I needed (wanted) a 15mm DA without spending out on a Rupes or Griot's BOSS, so ordered a Swirl Killer mystery box and that arrived yesterday ($230 for over $350 worth of DA and products- bargain!).  I'd heard good things from friends with the Adam's SK and Shine Mate 15mm (effectively the same machine, I believe) and it means I can switch my old trusty Porter Cable DA to a 3" and my underpowered Griots Garage 3" to a 1" and 2" machine.  Nice range of pad sizes without splashing out on a Rupes iBrid! ?

I'm a weekend warrior and only look after our two cars and occasionally details friends' cars (modern and classic).

Looking forward to learning more about the Adam's products on here and through trying them out.

No questions for now, just saying hi! ?

Cars in the household are a mundane Kia Sorento and a more fun '09 Mini Clubman JCW.  Most fun car I get to wash and detail regularly is a fully restored '68 (I believe) Camero.

So I found a few pics on my laptop.  These are only my Mini, but it's my daily driver and gets the most attention.  ?  The collage clean pic is from before winter hit- its first full decontamination/ deep clean since buying it last Fall/Autumn - and pretty much its first proper clean in the 8 prior years from what I gathered from the seller (3 years in FLA and 5 years living outside in OH).  Wheels have since come off for a full deep clean, so they look a lot better than in the pic ?.  I didn't bother with any paint correction, just a coating of Collinite 845 to see it through the winter.  Black winter wheel was coated in McKee's wheel coating.  Cleaning the engine bay, wheel wells and door jambs involved liberal use of Adam's APC.  I don't have any photos of the Camaro, but when it next comes over, I'll take a few and share.  It's having some engine work done at the moment, but should be on the road in a few weeks.  Can't wait to get my hands on it and give it a post-winter storage detail.

ps.  Thanks for the welcome! ?

pps.  Here's the Swirl Killer MB contents.  Yes, the wrong size polishing pads. ?  Yes, Adam's order people made a mistake and are in the process of sorting it out.  Top customer service. (The Mini needs a good clean, and that's a Griot's PFM drying towel, which is the best I've used to date)
