This isn't a big deal to me, I just wanted to bring to to yinz's attention. I've been seeing a lot of complaints on Instagram of people not getting order confirmations via email, and I haven't received one for the MTO I ordered this morning.

I didnt rec any confirmation for 2 orders last week BUT both shipped, and recieved today.  U just have to look under u account orders. The link is in there.

I finally got my email confirmation on saturday, 6 days after I placed the order and 1 day after I actually received it.  Better late than never, I guess  :jester:

C'mon guys and gals. Give them a break. There are only so many employees, and THOUSANDS of orders. And Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sales are the busiest.  And you can expect some delays this time of  year too between the holidays and the weather. I'm sure they would appreciate some patience from everyone.

Who is there to "give a break" to?  It's not like someone is sitting there emailing everyone as the orders come in.  It's all computer generated and I just wanted to give a heads up that there might be some issues with it  :confused:
