roushpwrd Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 I have done a bunch of research on the Blinder's capabilities and finally ordered one. It is on the floor of my Mustang GT covered by a jacket...I'm sure you all know why!!!! So...let's move on....and don't anyone call my wife and inform her of this!!!! She will see it soon enough.....probably when it alarms me of a State Trooper trying to hang my @$$ for speeding!!! So...the dilemma was, where to drill and mount the on/off switch....then it came to me, an ashtray delete cover which I found on uprproducts.com. Enclosed is a picture and I can have them laser etch it at work for me with the on and off position of the switch. Then I can paint the letters black to match the switch..which in turn will match my interior. If anyone knows where I can get a black one, would you kindly let me know where.
6spdg37s Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Cool man. Laser jamming is illegal in MA? i think everything is illegal in MA lol
Superdutytd Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 Laser jamming is legal in a lot of places. I beleive radar jamming is legal in WA if I'm not mistaken? But I could be wrong.

But I could be wrong.Laser jamming is a touchy subject. This unit is not illegal in Massachusetts according to Blinder and will cause no problems if used correctly. Laser jamming near any defense system is obviously illegal anywhere. These units are illegal in Washington DC and a few surrounding states just as radar detectors are. I am waitong to see the results as I cruise on by the laser trap!!! I can test it out here where they are set up on nearly a daily basis.
6spdg37s Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 radar jamming is illegal because it messes with planes and military stuff ive heard laser jamming is legal in most places
