Help with product selection for removing swirl marks

Received my truck back from the body shop over a month ago and the detail job is something to be desired. Was wondering what would be the best route to take in removing the swirl marks left behind. I do not own a polishing machine and will be go at this by hand. Not sure on which of the Adams products would best suits my needs, scratch and swirl remover, one step polish of the hand polish.
