I had a question about product dilution and shelf life. I know generally Adams recommends using products within 2 years and I do store my chemicals inside to avoid extreme heat/ cold. My question is with a product like rinseless wash that can be diluted into a waterless wash/ detail spray like product would diluting the product with distilled water impact shelf life? I don’t go through a ton of product and obviously it would be easiest to add 8 ounces of rinseless to a gallon of distilled water. But I’m wondering if that would impact the product at all and if it would be better to just mix up a 16 ounce bottle at a time.
curious to others thoughts on this and if anyone has diluted products and stores then for an extended period of time (4-6 months).
