Milky coating on Matte finish

So my dad has a black RV that has some matte black paint (not vinyl graphics) on the lower potion of the RV. The Fiberglass upper is glossy black (the whole thing is fiberglass). The upper portion was waxed and after a rain the bottom portion got a wax like coating on it that is streaky from where it washed down from the top. A large portion of the bottom now has a milky colored coating on it. I ordered him some Chemical Guys Matte soap (‎CWS_995_16) to try but no luck. Any suggestions on what to do to correct the issue?

Hmm, maybe I should have put this in Washing/decontamination? I am really just not sure what to do with the matte finish.

Try Strip Wash or Surface Prep to remove the wax. You don't need a dedicated car shampoo for matte paint, just something that doesn't add any gloss like our regular Car Shampoo or Mega Foam, and then you can use Matte Detailer to touch up, use as a drying aid, etc.

A degreaser actually did the trick. Looks much better now.

That was another option I forgot to mention. Glad it worked.
