SVT01LIGHTNING Posted April 21, 2009 Author Share Posted April 21, 2009 But I wake board once or twice a weekend and it works all kinds of muscles you didn't think you had!!! yea my cousin wake boards alot and he's in pretty good shape ive worked out on a bowflex before they are good no doubt....its good good cuz u can train with hevy resistance to build muscle and go lighter if you want to get more definition Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
