Americana Applicator question

Superdutytd

Question

How can I clean it? I put a coat of AW over my mustang and it picked up some grime from the bottom of my rocker panels (my fault for them being dirty) should I simply wash it with some water and soap? I've got friends cars lining up outside for wax jobs! ;)

Dish soap and warm water. The dish soap does a better job of breaking the wax residue down IMO.

Next time don't wax over dirty panels... you should know better young man!! As a matter of fact you're grounded. Go to your room and think about what you've done :jester:

I was just giving mine a light 60 degree turn and back, sometimes 2, and picked up all the wax I needed to do a 1-2 sq ft.

But I would love some of the applicators for other uses. Using this applicator is the FIRST TIME EVER that I have not had one pop out of my hand. I ALWAYS have that problem when working on the lower portion of the car, but it never even came close with this one.
