I got a chance to break my 4" pads in on that Infiniti I posted earlier this past weekend and was super impressed.
I got a little bored tonight, seeing as the Lakers were playing terrible and my Angels were getting blown out by the whitesox. I wandered down to the garage, grabbed my SHR and FMP, the cordless drill, and the 4" pads.
I've been complaining for weeks that my wife had scratched up our gloss black microwave that I had just installed over the stove. Her nails and rings had put some pretty decent scratches in around the handle and it was already looking bad even though it was only a few months old.
So I went to work with the orange pad and some SHR and was utterly astounded by the results, so much so I continued to buff out the whole thing. Midway thru my wife woke up and wandered out to the kitchen wondering what the noise was. Needless to say she officially thinks I have gone off the deep end.
I've cut my appliance detail short, but I intend or resuming tomorrow after she leaves for work. I'm thinking a coat of buttery is in order.
For the recored... the 4" pads are amazing and will make your microwave look like new... oh... and they work on cars too
